July 1 – Ed Davison reported he put out a grass fire on East Park next to Kaegebein School
July 2 - 9 a.m. – Person at 2521 West River reported going to burn rubbish (next to Sawdey’s)
July 3 – 10 p.m. – Call from William Hennigar’s house. Water softener out of order. Referred them to plumber (Hennigars away, caretaker called)
July 4 – 9:20 a.m. – Inquiry about fireworks for “July 4”
July 4 – noon – Inquire about fireworks
July 4 – 1:30 p.m. – Call about fireworks
July 4 – 4-4:30 p.m. – Four more calls about fireworks
July 4 – 4:30-6 p.m. – Four more calls – fireworks – Some asked about a carnival, field day, etc.
July 4 – 6-7:25 p.m. – Six calls, fireworks, carnival
July 4 - Art Haller reported fire works at Lodge, sponsored by Tonawanda Jr. C of C
July 4 – 8-8:30 p.m. – Seven calls – fireworks
July 4 – 11:35 p.m. – Art Haller reported fire truck back from fire works display
July 6 – 8:45 – Call for fire extinguisher from Grand Isle Marine – boat burning in river. Art Haller and George Downs responded to call - $7500 boat owned by Robert Gammage, East River Road, burned and sunk.
July 6 – 5:30 p.m. – Alma McTigue said John Pedlow to burn rubbish – Reported in June
