GRAND OLD DAYS is being presented by the Grand Island Rod & Gun Club Inc. We look forward to your participation in our program.
1.
PLEASE follow these steps to assure you the site that you want.
You will be assigned a site on a first come, first serve basis.
2.
Each site is $30.00 for both days or $15.00 per day.
Each site is 30' W x 20' D. Each
site reservation includes two admission tickets to our show.
Set up time will be Friday, July 25th after 2:00 PM.
3.
If you do not show up or call me by noon on the day of your reservation,
you forfeit your spot.
4.
After you are assigned a site(s), payment will be due with 7 days.
5.
All reservations must be paid for prior to the show.
6.
Checks are to be made out to: GRAND
ISLAND ROD & GUN CLUB
and sent to my attention (Attn: Kathy Barton) at the above
address. PLEASE include a stamped, self-addressed envelope for
the return of your receipt and admission tickets. You must keep
this receipt to ensure a faster process time. If you have additional
workers at your site, they must pay at the gate to get on the
grounds. (Admission fees: $5.00/one day or $7.50/both days)
7. Cancellation policy: If for some reason, you cannot make it to the
show and you have paid for your spot, I ask that you give me at
least two weeks notice. I will do my best to refund your money
and find another vendor for your spot.

THE
FLEA MARKET RULES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1.
You are allowed as many vehicles as will fit on your site.
EXTRA vehicles will be parked in designated areas.
2.
You must be on your site. You
cannot crowd over along the walkways. This
is a safety issue for all those who attend our show.
3.
Vendors will not be allowed to sell the following:
Food, Drinks, Animals, Weapons or anything illegal.
4.
You are responsible for removing anything you bring. Anything left behind will be removed at your expense.
This is a family friendly show and we would like to keep it that way.
