CLASS OF 2008 SCHOLARSHIPS AND AWARDS           

The following awards and scholarships were presented to the members of the Grand Island High School Class of 2008 at the Forty-Third Commencement Program on June 26, 2008.  The members of the Grand Island community support the forty-four different offerings valued, this year, at over $ 45,000.  A very unique aspect of this program is that it involves Grand Island businesses, organizations, and families through their support and selection of the recipients…a truly authentic school-community partnership. 

In addition, several students were honored with specific awards sponsored by the high school.
