join us for our 3nd annual
“St. Stephen’s Hoopla Challenge” Outdoor 3 on 3 Basketball
Tournament. This promises to be another
awesome sporting event! We have set up
brackets for players of all ages – so there’s sure to be one for you! This event is being run by Henshaw Hoops a
professional tournament company out of Rochester coupled with a very energetic
and enthusiastic committee from St. Stephen’s.
On
the reverse, please find the player registration form for your convenience in
registering early to secure your spot.
There will be a limited number of teams that can participate and that
number will be determined by the interest in each age bracket. So now is the time, pick up the phone and
call three of your closest friends and secure your spot. The registration is only $70 per team and
you MUST PRE-REGISTER By Friday, July 13, 2007.
Your registration fee includes a minimum two
game guarantee, event T-Shirt for each player, and Trophies for each member of
the first place team in each bracket.

If
you’re not a player – then maybe you want to be a sponsor! We have many wonderful sponsorship
opportunities. Maybe you’re a
Referee that could volunteer some of your time to referee on a court or maybe
you like to keep score and can volunteer to be a court scorekeeper (no formal training
required). There are endless volunteer
and player opportunities for this event.
Maybe you’re a great griller and want to volunteer your time to work the
grill or assist in selling concessions for our spectators and
participants. What ever your pleasure –
there is something in this day that can apply to you! Regardless of your athletic involvement, you can certainly be in
our cheering section and come out and cheer on the players. It will be a day of great fun and
excitement!
