Town Board of the Town of Grand Island, Erie County, New York, on

Monday, the 18th day of April, 2005 at 8:00 P.M. in the Town Hall,

Which premises are bounded and described as follows:

 

            All that tract or parcel of land situate in the Town of Grand Island, County of Erie, State of New York, being part of lot 50 and 52 of the Holland Land Company’s survey, being more particularly described as follows:

 

            Beginning at a point being the southeast corner of Sublot No. 59 of the Parkplace Subdivion-Phase V, as recorded in the Erie County Clerk’s Office under Mapcover No. 3215; thence easterly along a line being a continuation of the southerly line of said Sublot No. 7 a distance of 30.74 feet to a point of curvature; thence northeasterly along a curve to the left having a radius of 365.00 feet and a central angle of 12-39-34, an arc length of 80.65 feet to a point of tangency; thence northeasterly along a line tangent to the previously described arc, a distance of 519.29 feet to a point of curvature; thence easterly along a curve to the right having a radius of 435.00 feet and a central angle of 10-33-03, an arc length of 80.10 feet to a point; thence southerly along a line radial to said curve a distance of 70.00 feet to a point on a curve; thence westerly along a curve to the left, being concentric with the previously described curve, and having a radius of 365.00 feet, and a central angle of 10-33-03, an arc length of 67.21 feet to a point of tangency; thence southwesterly along a line tangent to the previously described curve, a distance of 519.29 feet to a point of curvature; thence southwesterly along a curve to the right having a radius of 435.00 feet and a central angle of 12-39-34, an arc length of 96.11 feet to a point of tangency, also being the northeast corner of Sublot No. 7 of said Mapcover No. 3215; thence northerly at right angles to the northerly line of said Sublot No. 7, a distance of 70.00 feet to the point or place of beginning.
