NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Grand Island, Erie County, New York on

 

Monday, the 3rd day of April, 2006

 

at 8:00 pm

                        All that plot of land situated in the Town of Grand Island, County of Erie and State of New York, being part of lot number thirty-one (31) and lying partly in business area Number 3 as shown on a map filed in Erie County Clerk’s Office under Cover No. 1593 and partly in Stony Point Road and Hennepin Road as shown on said map, bounded and described as follows:

 

                        BEGINNING at a point in the southerly line of Hennepin Road, distant six hundred ninety-six and twenty-two hundredths (696.22) feet east of the east line of LaSalle Avenue; thence east along the southerly line of Hennepin Road and an extension east thereof a distance of one hundred five (105) feet; thence south in a straight line a distance of seventy (70) feet to a point in the northwest line of Stony Point Road as shown on the above mentioned map, which is also the northeast corner of said business area Number 3 as shown on said map; thence southerly to a point distant eleven and fifty hundredths (11.5) feet east of the east line of said business area Number 3 on a line drawn at right angles to and intersecting the said east line of business area Number 3 at a point distant one hundred six (106) feet north from the intersection of said east line of business area Number 3 and the north line of Love Road as shown on said map; thence southwesterly to the northerly line of Love Road at its intersection with the said easterly line of business area Number 3 as shown on said map; thence westerly along the north line of Love Road sixty-one (61) feet to a point distant six hundred eighty-eight and seven hundredths (688.07) feet east from the intersection of the north line of Love Road and the east line of LaSalle Avenue; thence north along a line drawn parallel to the west line of said business area Number 3 a distance of one hundred twenty (120) feet; thence easterly along a line drawn parallel to the southerly line of Hennepin Road a distance of ten (10) feet; thence northerly along a line drawn parallel to the west line of said business area Number 3 a distance of one hundred twenty (120) feet to the point of beginning.
