MOPS 07-08 Registration begins on May 16th-

Are you a mother of a child who is younger than kindergarten age?

Are you hoping to become a better mom?

Do you wish you had time to talk with other moms?

Does a hot meal, where you only have to feed yourself, sound like your idea of a great time?

Yes? Then MOPS is for you!

Mothers of Preschoolers  (MOPS) is an international organization with a GI chapter that meets at Whitehaven Road Baptist Church. It is non-denominational, and exists to encourage, equip and develop all mothers of preschoolers. At our meetings, while your little ones are being entertained in the nursery or  in their classrooms, you will:  have a hot meal, hear a presentation on a topic relevant to this season of mothering, do a craft and socialize with other moms.

Our group has grown so much in the past few years that we have added two new sections. There are four groups to choose from, two at night, and two during the day. Please see the “MOPS 2007 News” section of this Isledegrande website for specific meeting times. We expect our groups to fill up fast…so don’t wait. All moms are invited! Email any questions and requests for registration information to faso2@aol.com. Please put “MOPS question” in the subject line.

Pre-registration is a must so that we can adequately staff our nurseries and classrooms. Meetings start in September, and run until the end of May. We do meet bi-weekly at area playgrounds over the summer so check this website again for dates, times and locations!
