Allegany State Park
This is a fabulous chance for you and your friends to share an exciting weekend participating in a variety of natural history and outdoor workshops. Acquaint yourself with nature while becoming more comfortable in the outdoors. Enjoy a break from your everyday routine…enliven your senses….and enhance your personal life while sharing special moments with other women in a beautiful natural setting. Be prepared to laugh, relax, and see your true potential.
The weekend features a variety of workshops including nature journaling, fly fishing, edible and medicinal plants, reading wildlife signs, Native American studies, star gazing, survival skills, self-defense, birding, dried flower demonstration plus much more. Chair massages, Reiki sessions, entertainment, fun, fellowship and great food will round out your weekend get-away.
Accommodations are in comfortable, heated, indoor rooms with five single beds in each room. Restrooms and showers are located in each building.

Women’s Outdoor Weekend
Where: Camp Allegany, Allegany State Park, Salamanca, NY
When: Saturday-Sunday, November 13-14, 2004 (1:00 pm Saturday to
3:00 pm Sunday)
Fee: $85 per person includes lodging, three home-cooked meals, snacks,
all workshop activities and materials plus loads of FUN! There will be a nominal additional fee for massage and Reiki sessions.
