Request
for Qualifications
For
Professional Engineering Services
The
Town of Grand Island (the Town)
is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the selection of a
consultant to implement the Grand Island Boulevard Sanitary Sewer Construction
project. The proposal shall consist of
qualifications; experience, financial proposal and staffing plan.
A
copy of the complete RFQ may be examined at the Town of Grand Island Town Hall,
and may be obtained upon presentation of a fifty dollar ($50.00) check deposit
for each copy, made payable to the Town of Grand Island. Deposit will be
refunded to the responder upon return of the RFQ on or before the date set for
such return by the Town.
Consultants
that are interested in being considered must submit a Proposal in response to
this RFQ on or before Friday, May 6th, 2005, 4:30 PM.
The
successful Consultant will be determined solely from the Proposals. However,
the Town reserves the right to
interview all the candidates if it so chooses.
An
original and two copies of the proposal are required. To prevent opening by
unauthorized individuals, your submittal should be identified on the envelope
as follows:

Town reserves the right to amend
the RFQ based on questions and issues raised during the conduct of this
