Grand Island's Dave Bergari singled in John Bondi with the game-winner in the eighth inning to beat North Tonawanda, 6-5. Bergari went 2 for 4 and got the win in relief.

Niagara Frontier League:
Mick Gallagher was the winning pitcher in Grand Island's 6-4 win over Kenmore East.
