Grand Island won the team title at Monday's Niagara Frontier League Championships with a total of 514 and had three golfers among the top nine that will travel to next spring's Section VI Championships. Lockport was second at 524. Greg Jablonski of North Tonawanda was third with an 80, while Jo Jo Perry (Niagara Falls), Tom Rajczak (Grand Island) and Zach Kustra (Kenmore West) were at 81. Matt Hagen (Grand Island) shot 82 and Keith Lanfear (Lockport) shot 83 to round out the top eight who will make up the NFL's contingent for sectionals. Jeff Pickel (84) of Grand Island earned the league's alternate spot by winning a three-way playoff.
