    1. Ability to utilize dark fiber

1. New indoor line for the Auditorium

                  e.   Middle School

                        1. Little Theatre needs cable drop and possibly 2 to 3 in the MS Cafeteria with the thought that someday we could mount TV’s in the corners to promote GI events and announcements, etc.

                  f.   High School

                        1. Rooms 108 and 110 (perfect board room setups)

                        2. Front of HS Auditorium

                        3. One Drop in Senior Cafeteria (Corner TV’s)

                        4. 2-4 drops in the large Cafeteria (Corner TV’s)

                        5. 1-2 Drops in HS Library (Instruction Purposes)

            6. A Couple of drops in the front foyer of the High School and in           Viking Mall. Great place to showcase past and current school events as well School Board news, (budgets, capitol projects, etc.)

            7. Channel One Network

            8. DVR’s adding a few DVR’s to be used for classroom instruction

            9. Local Video Origination System – Equipment to record and air school and community events.

7.  Cable installation at ECO Island

      8.  Town to share in revenues as Time Warner offers and sells additional services to Town residents, phone, security etc.

9.  Non exclusive franchise agreement without restrictions.

     10. Bad dept deduction from Town invoice. Need clarification as to payment procedure.

     11. Senior Citizen discount.

 12. Cable connection to all Town owned buildings.

 13. Broadcasting (live feed) community events, at least 12, one per month.

 14. Annual audit at Time Warner’s expense.
