A regular meeting of the Town Board of Grand Island, New York was held at the Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Rd., Grand Island, NY at 8:00p.m. on the 19th January 2010.

Authorize Supervisor to Sign Professional Services Agreement – Additional Work Authorization – Water Capital Improvement Program

A motion was made by Councilman Roesch, seconded by Councilwoman Cooke to authorize the Supervisor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Wendel Duchscherer for additional work for the Water Capital Improvement Program in the amount of $14,175.

Authorize Supervisor to Sign Agreement to Co-Locate a Town Communication Antennae on the Existing Cell Tower at the Water Plant

A motion was made by Councilman Billica, seconded by Councilwoman Cooke to authorize the Supervisor to sign the Tower License Agreement with Crown Castle dba Global Signal Acquisitions II, LLC.  This agreement allows the Town to place an antenna on the cell tower at the Water Treatment Plant to enhance the signal from our SCADA system.
