(Grand Island, NY, February 10, 2008) - - Forty-three teenagers are arrested for underaged drinking.

Erie County Sheriff's Deputies went to a home on Whitehaven Road on Saturday night.  That's when they say they found the teenagers drinking.

The teens' names were not released.  All of them are due to appear in court later this month.

The legal drinking age in New York state is 21.
