LOCKPORT — A Grand Island man was sentenced to one to three years in prison Friday on his guilty plea to a felony charge of driving while intoxicated.
William T. Wohlfehrt, 48, of Cox Road, was pulled over last Dec. 21, in Niagara Falls. The sentence by Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon Sperrazza included a concurrent sentence on a probation violation. At the time of the traffic stop, Wohlfehrt was on probation on a 2002 drug possession conviction.
