evening will consist of 5 wines and 4 food courses. It will also provide the
opportunity to those attending to preorder any of the wines tasted that evening

Fox Creek “Vixen” Sparkling Shiraz (Australia) paired with fried
sweet potato filled spring rolls with a Thai ginger/cranberry dipping sauce.

Verdelho (Australia) paired with lime dusted shrimp cocktail with a
cilantro-pesto dip and spiced goat cheese quesidillas.
Pinotage (South Africa) paired with North African 5 spice cous-cous with smoked
pork sausage and chile pepper poached egg.
Course: Nine Stones
Barossa Shiraz (Australia) paired with creole seasoned beef tenderloin with a
horseradish cream sauce, curried bananas and brown lentil pilaf.
Quady Elyssium Black Muscat (California) paired with chocolate crepe with
a warm fresh raspberry filling and a Chambord-chocolate sauce.
