evening will consist of 5 wines and 4 food courses. It will also provide the
opportunity to those attending to preorder any of the wines tasted that evening

Aperitif: Maculan Pinot & Toi paired with assorted light
hors d’oeuvres.
First Course: Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc/Viognier paired with panko
encrusted goat cheese with a peach & chile gastrique.
Second Course: Di Majo Norante Ramitello paired with Pho (Vietnamese soup)
with Riccota cardoon dumplings and smoked Gouda crisps.
Third Course: Maramonte Syrage paired with pancetta wrapped shoulder
tenderloin with hot & sour sauce and wild mushroom baklava.
Dessert: Dow’s Ruby Port paired with chocolate chunk rice
pudding with a fresh fruit flambe.
