The
evening will consist of 5 wines and 4 food courses. It will also provide the
opportunity to those attending to preorder any of the wines tasted that evening
for up to 20 % off regular prices.
Aperitif: Di Lenardo “Toh” Tocai Friulano (Italy) paired with
assorted light Hors d’oeuvres.
First Course: Sepp Moser Gruner Veltliner (Austria) paired with a Scallop
sausage with toasted pistachios and saffron and a Gruner Veltliner Beurre Blanc.
Second Course: Pau Roses Sinols (Spain) paired with a Jambalaya Napoleon
and a Romesco sauce.
Third Course: Vina Progreso Tannat (Uruguay) paired with sliced Tuscan
style shoulder tenderloin, Anna potatoes, and a medley of wild mushrooms.
Dessert: Errazuriz Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc paired with a
Cardamom Crème Brulee, cranberry compote and a shortbread cookie.
