evening will consist of 5 wines and 4 food courses. It will also provide the
opportunity to those attending to preorder any of the wines tasted that evening
for up to 20 % off regular prices.
Aperitif: Masi Masianco paired with assorted light hors d’oeuvres.
First Course: Masi Serego Alighie Bianco paired with Spiedini di formaggio e prosciutto (cheese and Prosciutto skewers).
Second Course: Masi Serego Alighie Rosso paired with Insalata di Capesante alla griglia (Grilled scallop salad).
Third Course: Masi Campofiorin paired with Agnello alla carostata di marmellatto (Roasted spring lamb with
bing cherry jelly.
Dessert: Banfi Florus Moscadella di Montalcino paired with Peche al Mascarpone Gelato (Peach Flambé
with Mascarpone Gelato).
