First Course: Fair Valley Pinotage paired with Shrimp and Quinoa Salad.
Second Course: Bradgate Syrah paired with a Smoky Yukon gold potato soup.
Third Course: Jardin Cabernet Sauvignon paired with a Wild Game Stew
served over Rissoto.
Dessert: Paul Cluver Late Harvest Muscat paired with a White
Chocolate Mousse with currants and a Blood Orange sauce.
