1. 2979 Westwood Drive-David Denk-a variance has been requested for the construction of a wood frame garage measuring 30 x 40’ (6 cars) and being 22’ in height.

2. 1995 Creekside Drive- Denise Kelsey- a variance has been requested for the construction of a fence 6’ in height in the front yard set back.

3. 2483 Bush Road-Bill Torchia- a variance has been requested for the construction of a single family home on a vacant lot which does not have enough road frontage or rear depth.
