The Cinderella Isle Garden Club will hold its annual plant and craft sale Friday, Feb. 8th (11 a.m. to 4 p.m.) and Saturday, Feb. 9th (10 a.m. to 3 p.m.) at the Grand Island Memorial Library, 1715 Bedell Road. Plants nurtured by members and a variety of handmade crafts and goodies will be available for sale. Cinderella Isle Garden Club will hold its annual indoor plant sale to benefit the plantings at the Grand Island Memorial Library. It will be held Friday, February 11 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Community Room at the Library. For those looking for that special Valentine gift, this is the place to be. There will not only be wonderful plants, but also crafts and baked goods. Don't forget, house plants are good for your health especially in the winter when the house is closed up and the furnace is on! The benefits are that they provide moisture and also help cleanse the air of toxins during this time! They help to lift your spirits on a cold, gloomy day and remind us of the promise of spring. To all those who enjoy the wonderful gardens at the Library entrance each year, this is your opportunity to support the gardeners that give of their talents to bring you this beautiful display.
