Library Operation Information - January 2021

The Grand Island Memorial Library will be offering curbside service only the week of 1/4/21 to 1/8/21.
Whether or not the library is open is dependent on the Erie County Dept. of Health's weekly report of new positive COVID cases in the 14072 zip code per 100,000 people in a 7-day period. If the number is over 70, then we can only offer curbside service. This week's report was 72.2 cases in 14072. Today's report can be found here.
For your information, our Micro-Cluster reopening plan is here and outlines how the Grand Island Memorial Library will operate in Red, Orange, and Yellow Zone status.

To place orders, call the library at 773-7124 or visit the library’s online order form here: https://docs.google.com/.../1FAIpQLSeHNXZb3NU3Nj.../viewform
The hold system is still active and any available holds can be picked up using curbside service. Before placing a hold, it is recommended for patrons to check the online catalog for available items at www.buffalolib.org.
While under Orange Zone status, the drop box will remain open. All returned materials are subject to a 96 hour (or 4 day) quarantine. Items will be back dated to their date of return once they come off quarantine. For questions, please call 773-7124 during curbside pick-up hours.
