TREE ORDINANCE - NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Grand Island will receive public comments at 8:00 p.m. on Monday, November 4, 2019, at Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Road, Grand Island, New York, to amend the Town of Grand Island Code to add Chapter 181 to establish the policy and procedure for the preservation of trees on Grand Island. There are two versions of the law being considered, both of which are available for review in the office of the Town Clerk.
